Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help drive the growth of CIDB IBS Sdn. Bhd. You will play a critical role in developing business strategies, building relationships with industry stakeholders, and expanding market presence in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive strategist with a passion for innovation in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the construction sectors, both locally and internationally.
– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry players, and government agencies.
– Proposal Development: Develop business proposals, financial projection, and presentations to top management or prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company.
– Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and client engagement.
– Market Research: Conduct thorough research on market needs, competitor strategies, and potential risks to aid business decisions.
– Events and Engagement: Represent CIDB IBS at industry events, forums, and trade exhibitions to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.

Key Requirements:
– Education: A degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the building or construction industry.
– Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry in Malaysia is highly desirable.
Skills:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
– Ability to analyze market trends and data to develop effective strategies.
– Proficiency in preparing business proposals, MoUs, and presentations.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
